As an Emmy winning video producer and director, Cedric D. Lyons has over 25 years of experience in video production, television and broadcast media.
Cedric began his career producing sports events, local TV programming and educational television programs for California State University Bakersfield where he attended college. His outstanding work was recognized by a local NBC affiliate KGET Ch 17, where he was hired as a live news director. There he mastered the art of multi-camera directing and video editing. In 1992, Cedric’s contributions to KGET helped the highly regarded production win an Emmy for best half hour news show.
From 1996-2009 he to managed, directed and produced nationally & International TV programs with millions of viewers worldwide. He also traveled the country directing video production for conferences that filled large convention centers and gymnasiums.
Today, Cedric is a business owner who is producing amazing videos in the community and abroad. He covers a wide range of projects for multiple industries. His expertise has exploded in the education arena, real estate, recruitment for athletes, documentaries and infomercials. In addition, he also donates his time to local youth sports teams and provides video services for nonprofit organizations.
He has also found a niche for helping small to medium size business owners promote their business by producing business infomercials and sizzles reels for their web content. This corporate networking with business owners has helped strengthen infrastructures and increasing their bottom lines. He has gained the trust of many businesses and nonprofit organizations by offering access of his corporate connections as an affiliate.
Cedric has a Bachelor degree in Communications from California State University Bakersfield and a certificate in Electronic Media.
